Reporting players
The quickest way to report insults, harassment or fraud is directly in the game: tap the chat line › Report. That way we receive the message with its context right away. We review reported content within 24 hours.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time in the game under MENU › Account › Delete account. If you can no longer get into the game, write to us using the form with the topic “Account and login”.
